About
Emeraude Raillard
Founder & Managing Director
'Emma' is the founder and managing director of Grade A Consulting Pty Ltd. With nearly 20 years of experience shared between the Banking and Mortgage Broking industries, she decided to share her knowledge and became a qualified Trainer and Assessor in 2021.
This experience led her to plan, design, write and assess the Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking - FNS40821 - and collaborate in other projects such as Unit of Competencies development for Real Estate courses.
More recently, Emma designed and developed an online version of FNS50322 - Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking and conducted Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Interviews for RTOs.
Emma is fluent in both French and English and holds a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, a Cert IV in Banking and an Associate Degree in Science and Technology (Mathematics major).
In 2026, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration at Griffith University, achieving academic excellence with a perfect GPA of 7.0 across all courses.
Emma combines extensive industry experience with a strong academic background, enabling her to deliver practical, compliant and student-focused training solutions to RTOs across Australia.
Maria Abitan
Student success & Role Play Manager
Maria is Grade A Consulting Role Play Manager.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Maria is passionate about supporting students and helping them build the confidence and skills required to succeed in the finance industry.
Her dedication and customer-centric value make her a valued member of the Grade A Consulting team.
Leah Jun Pullona
Administration & Compliance Officer
Leah joined Grade A Consulting as a Liaison Officer in February 2023 and supports the business across administration and compliance functions.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Leah is highly organised, detail-oriented and committed to delivering excellent support to both students and the broader team.
Jennifer Juban
Student support & Operations Coordinator
Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience across banking, mortgage broking support and client relationship management.
At Grade A Consulting, Jen supports our students and training team through student engagement, administrative coordination, assessment support, and operational assistance.
Jen's proactive approach, and extensive experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers make her a valuable member of the Grade A Consulting team.
